With over 20 years of experience as a specialist contractor, Phil Browne established Elite Concrete Protection & Repair in 2009 with Suzanne Browne to meet the market demand and provide specialist remedial services. With the addition of integrated teams, Elite provides over 50 years combined knowledge and experience.

We have in place compliant Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures that are implemented throughout the company and on all of our project sites. These procedures represent a significant investment by the company for our goal of zero Lost Time Injuries across the group. This has been achieved for the last 4 years.

Phil & Suzanne are the founding shareholders of Elite CPR which commenced operations in 2009.
Phil has a building plastering trade background and has extensive experience with remedial design and construct projects across all sectors of the building, commercial, mining and marine industries.
Along with Suzanne’s previous product supply knowledge and administration management skills the company continues to improve on operations and deliver exceeding clients expectations.
As Managing Directors, their main focus is on business development and customer support but also to ensure that the company achieves its key performance indicators of on-time delivery within the client's financial budget, zero defects and a safe workplace environment.
